This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through spainnomadbook.com.
1. Digital guide purchases
The Spain Digital Nomad Guide is a digital product delivered electronically. Because access can be delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are not guaranteed once the guide or download link has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
2. When I may issue a refund
I may issue a refund where required by law or where there is a clear technical problem that prevents access to the digital guide and I cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
If you bought the wrong product, were charged twice, or believe there was a payment error, contact me as soon as possible at hello@spainnomadbook.com.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@spainnomadbook.com with the email address used for purchase, your order or receipt details, and a short explanation of the issue.
4. Processing refunds
Payments may be processed by Stripe. If a refund is approved, it may be sent back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Timing depends on Stripe and your bank.
5. Free eligibility calls
Free eligibility calls do not involve payment, so there is no refund process for them. If you cannot attend, please reschedule or contact me before the scheduled time.
6. No outcome guarantees
Refunds are not provided because a visa, appointment, tax position, rental search, or other personal outcome does not go as expected. The guide and calls are informational and do not guarantee any government, legal, tax, or administrative result.
